466 duels later, Chocos is still #1 in the Breakfast ranking, with Chocolate Hazelnut close behind at 1280 ELO points.

Chocos wins 70% of its duels and holds 1312 ELO points, edging out Chocolate Hazelnut by 32 points. The gap between these two flavors remains narrow enough that the lead could change hands with more votes. Original takes third place with 1204 points and wins 43% of its duels, establishing a solid middle position. White Chocolate trails far behind at 1028 points, winning only 16% of its encounters. The sharpest drop in the ranking occurs between Original and White Chocolate: 176 ELO points separate them, the biggest gap across all positions. This distance suggests the community draws a clear line between acceptable variants and those that miss the mark. The podium reflects a preference for straightforward chocolate intensity, with the hazelnut addition finding approval as a close second.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
