Rati – Hindu Mythology10281057 duels later, Hathor – Egyptian Mythology remains #1 in the Ancient Gods of Love ranking, with Freyja – Norse Mythology trailing at #2.
Hathor commands the podium with 1342 ELO points, but the 61-point gap separating her from Freyja marks the widest divide in the ranking. Ishtar – Mesopotamian Mythology secures #3 at 1253 ELO, while Venus – Roman Mythology follows closely at 1245, edging out Cupid – Roman Mythology by 24 points. The Egyptian deity wins 73% of her duels, a dominance that contrasts sharply with the struggle at the bottom, where Rati – Hindu Mythology languishes at #12 with just 1028 ELO and a 19% win rate. The basement reveals a community that reserves its harshest judgment for figures beyond the Greco-Roman pantheon, with Astarte and Xochiquetzal also stuck in the lower ranks despite their historical significance.
This ranking draws on 1057 duels submitted by 38 players across 12 contenders, updated on 12 October 2026. The data captures a snapshot of collective preference among ancient love deities, weighing mythology against personal affinity. Head to VAINKEURZ to cast your vote in this TopList and shape the order. Every duel shifts the standings, so your choice between a tender goddess and a warrior of desire matters. Will Hathor hold her throne, or will another deity rise through the ranks?

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
