Best Dragon Ball Z outfits

Future Trunks wins 66% of its duels and tops the Dragon Ball Z ranking ahead of Namek.

A 71-point gap separates Future Trunks from Namek at the top, the largest spread in the entire ranking. The jacket-and-sword look claims 1385 ELO points after 232 duels, while Namek's battle-worn gi sits at 1314 ELO across 271 duels. Just behind, Saiyan Armor without shoulder pads edges out the full Saiyan Armor version by 22 points, a tight race that shows voters care about the details. Vegito rounds out the top 5 with 1264 ELO points and a 55% win rate over 316 duels, proving that fusion outfits hold their own against classic looks. At the bottom, the ranking punishes costumes that lean too far into comedy or nostalgia: Great Saiyaman lands at rank 15 with 1087 ELO points, Crane School at 16 with 1084 points, and Kid Krillin closes the list at rank 17 with 1033 ELO points after 234 duels.

This ranking pulls from 10095 duels cast by 227 players across 17 Dragon Ball Z outfits, updated on 10 October 2026. The vote remains open: head to VAINKEURZ, pick between two looks, and shape the leaderboard one duel at a time. Every matchup shifts the standings, and every opinion counts toward deciding which outfit truly has the most drip.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
