Best Gotenks forms

180 duels later, Super Saiyan 3 is still #1 in the Gotenks form ranking, with Super Saiyan close behind at 1309 ELO points.

Super Saiyan 3 dominates with 1453 ELO points and wins 78% of its duels, pulling 144 points ahead of Super Saiyan in second place. The podium stays consistent with fan expectations: the most powerful transformations claim the top spots, while Base form secures third with 1270 points. The sharpest divide appears between Base and Fat, separated by 251 ELO points—the ranking's widest gap. This split marks a clear line between the combat-ready forms and the failed transformations that serve as comic relief in the series. At the bottom, Fat and Skinny struggle, with Skinny winning just 23% of its 44 duels and scoring 950 points. The gap between the serious forms and the botched fusions reflects how voters assess power levels against entertainment value. Super Saiyan holds a respectable second place with 1309 points across 64 duels, while Base form shows solid support with 59% of its 69 duels won.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
