Best Miraculous villain masks

168 ELO points separate Chrysalis's Mask from Mayura's Mask at the top of the Miraculous ranking, after 1618 duels.

The gap between ranks 1 and 2 defines this ranking: Chrysalis's Mask sits at 1429 points, while Mayura's Mask follows at 1261, creating the widest divide in the podium. Shadow Moth's Mask completes the top 3 with 1200 ELO and a 55% win rate across 630 duels. The spread tightens below: Monarch's Mask at rank 4 trails by 65 points, and Hawk Moth's Mask at rank 5 edges 30 points behind that. At the bottom, Scarlet Moth's Mask registers 1070 ELO and a 34% win rate, suggesting this design struggles to convince voters compared to its higher-ranked counterparts. The ranking reflects a clear preference for the transformation that opens the newest arc, while the original villain mask lands in fifth place.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
