Best One Piece arc bosses

6017 duels later, Charlotte Katakuri shares the top spot with Donquixote Doflamingo at 1431 ELO points in the One Piece post-timeskip arc boss ranking.

The ranking reveals a rare perfect tie at the summit, with both Charlotte Katakuri and Donquixote Doflamingo locked at 1431 ELO points. Despite identical scores, Katakuri edges ahead in duel volume with 126 battles to Doflamingo's 96. The most decisive separation appears between ranks 3 and 4, where Kaido holds a 115-point advantage over Charlotte Linlin – Big Mom, the widest gap in the entire ranking. This distance underscores a clear divide between the top-tier antagonists and the rest of the field. At the bottom, Hody Jones languishes at 935 ELO points with a 26% win rate, suggesting the Fishman Island arc boss struggles to match the intensity of later adversaries in the community's estimation.

This ranking draws from 6017 duels submitted by 417 players across 8 contenders, updated on 11 October 2026. The tight race at the top and the sharp drop-off after rank 3 reveal how One Piece fans weigh narrative impact, combat spectacle, and character depth when assessing post-timeskip villains. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
