Best One Piece fleet captains

116 ELO points separate Bartolomeo from Cavendish (Hakuba) at the top of the One Piece ranking, after 4607 duels.

The gap between rank 2 and rank 3 marks the sharpest divide in this ranking. Cavendish (Hakuba) holds second place at 1352 ELO, edging well ahead of Hajrudin at 1236. Bartolomeo's 70% win rate confirms his dominance among Luffy's fleet captains, a figure that reflects consistent voter preference across his 40 duels. The podium tells a clear story: fans gravitate toward the bold and unpredictable personalities who pledged allegiance to the Straw Hats. Meanwhile, the bottom of the ranking reveals a tight cluster where Sai at 1112 ELO and Leo at 1122 sit close together, with Orlumbus trailing at 1017. The spread suggests that while the top two captains have carved out secure positions, the middle and lower ranks remain fluid, vulnerable to shifts as new votes arrive.

This ranking draws from 4607 duels cast by 375 players across 7 contenders. The figures were updated on 10 October 2026. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
