Best One Piece POST-TIMESKIP arcs

5925 duels later, Wano Country Arc remains #1 in the One Piece post-timeskip arc ranking, with Dressrosa Arc trailing by 36 ELO points.

The podium reflects fan consensus on the series' epic scope: Wano Country Arc at 1365 ELO wins 71% of its duels, while Dressrosa Arc secures second place at 1329 ELO with a 61% win rate across 173 duels. Whole Cake Island Arc completes the top 3 at 1256 ELO, having faced 207 duels. The sharpest division cuts between ranks 3 and 4, where Whole Cake Island Arc holds a 117-point advantage over Levely Arc. That gap reveals where fans draw the line between major story arcs and transitional chapters. Levely Arc sits at 1139 ELO with a 44% win rate, while Punk Hazard Arc follows at 1108 ELO after 188 duels. At the bottom, Fish-Man Island Arc at 1103 ELO and Zou Arc at 1099 ELO suggest the community values action-heavy narratives over world-building interludes. The ranking orders ambition and payoff over setup, with win rates dropping sharply outside the top 3.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
