Best One Piece Revolutionary Army members

1768 duels later, Sabo remains #1 in the One Piece Revolutionary Army ranking, with Monkey D. Dragon trailing at #2.

Sabo dominates with 1210 ELO points and a 78% win rate across 122 duels, establishing a 98-point lead over Monkey D. Dragon. The real fracture appears between ranks 3 and 4, where Bartholomew Kuma holds off Emporio Ivankov by 119 ELO points—the ranking's sharpest divide. This gap suggests voters draw a clear line between the Revolutionary Army's core figures and its supporting cast. At the bottom, Morley sits at 691 ELO with a 28% win rate, indicating the character struggles to convince the fanbase despite his role in the organization.

This ranking draws from 1768 duels cast by 69 players across 11 Revolutionary Army members, updated on 11 October 2026. The vote reflects how One Piece readers assess these characters not by their narrative importance alone but by personal attachment and impact. Sabo's combination of tragic backstory, connection to Luffy, and inherited flame powers gives him an edge that even Dragon's mysterious authority cannot match. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
