Best Thriller Bark crew members

15 ELO points separate Ryuma Shimotsuki from Gecko Moria at the top of the One Piece Thriller Bark crew member ranking, after 5502 duels.

Ryuma Shimotsuki takes the top spot with 1443 ELO points, but the podium is fiercely contested. Gecko Moria trails by just 15 points at 1428, while Perona sits third with 1419. The real fracture appears below the podium: a 143-point gap divides Perona from fourth-placed Oars, who scores 1276 ELO points. This chasm suggests voters draw a clear line between their top three favorites and the rest of the Thriller Bark roster. At the ranking's bottom, the Risky Brothers languish at 1032 points, winning only 31% of their 58 duels. Cerberus fares little better at rank 13, managing 35% victories. The community has spoken: these characters fail to capture the arc's appeal.

This ranking reflects 5502 duels cast by 156 players across 14 contenders, updated on 10 October 2026. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
