Best s-rank hunters Solo Leveling

5 ELO points separate Liu Zhigang from Thomas Andre at the top of the Solo Leveling S-Rank Hunters (outside Japan and Korea) ranking, after 676 duels.

The razor-thin margin at the summit reflects a divided fanbase, with Liu Zhigang edging Thomas Andre by just 5 points. Christopher Reed secures third with 1277 ELO, 73 points behind Andre, while Lennart Niermann holds fourth at 1217. The ranking's sharpest divide opens beneath Niermann: a 174-point chasm separates him from fifth-place Hwang Dongsoo at 1043 ELO. That gap underscores a clear consensus among voters, who place Dongsoo and last-ranked Yuri Orloff in a separate tier. Orloff sits at 952 ELO with a 23% win rate, suggesting the community views him as the weakest link among these international S-Rank Hunters. The bottom two struggle to gain traction, their low standing a testament to the dominance of the top four.

This ranking draws on 676 duels cast by 74 players across 6 contenders, updated on 11 October 2026. The tight race at the top and the stark division below reflect genuine disagreement about power levels outside the series' primary settings. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
