Best Tokyo Revengers characters

Manjiro Sano leads the Tokyo Revengers ranking with 1508 ELO points over 302 duels, ahead of Keisuke Baji and Chifuyu Matsuno.

The 96 ELO points separating Manjiro Sano from Keisuke Baji mark the sharpest divide in this ranking, underscoring the Toman leader's grip on first place. Chifuyu Matsuno trails just behind at 1399 ELO, while Ken Ryuguji sits at rank 4 with 1313 ELO despite winning 61 percent of his 376 duels. Kazutora Hanemiya rounds out the top five with 1293 ELO across 448 duels. The podium reflects a community preference for the series' core leadership figures, characters whose loyalty and magnetic presence anchor the narrative. At the opposite end, Tetta Kisaki languishes at rank 11 with 1030 ELO despite facing 330 duels, a position that speaks volumes about his role as the story's chief antagonist. Haruki Hayashida and Ryohei Hayashi close the ranking at the bottom with 912 and 888 ELO respectively, their lower scores suggesting they leave a fainter impression on voters compared to the series' central players.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
