Best common brawlers in Brawl Stars

Colt wins 66% of its duels and tops the Brawl Stars ranking ahead of Emz.

A 50-point gap separates Colt from Emz at the top, the sharpest divide in the ranking. Colt's 1318 ELO outpaces every other Common Brawler, while Brock secures third place with 1250 points. The podium reflects a clear preference for ranged attackers who control space and deal consistent damage. Dynamike follows at rank 4 with 1234 ELO, maintaining a 58% win rate across 156 duels. Stu rounds out the top 5 at 1210 ELO. At the bottom, Tick struggles with just 39% of its duels won, landing at rank 12 with 1129 ELO. Bo sits one spot above at 1136 ELO, while Jessie holds rank 10 with 1147 points and a 42% win rate. The lower ranks suggest the community favors mobility and burst damage over area control and support roles.

How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
