Best Anemo characters Genshin Impact

13 ELO points separate Kaedehara Kazuha from Xiao at the top of the Genshin Impact Anemo character ranking, after 3883 duels.

The podium reflects a tight contest at the summit, with Kaedehara Kazuha holding 1334 ELO points against Xiao's 1321. Venti secures third place with 1273 points, trailing the top two by a modest margin but maintaining a clear advantage over the rest of the field. The sharpest drop occurs between ranks 4 and 5, where an 78-point gap separates The Travelers from Sucrose, marking the clearest division in player preference across the ranking. This gap suggests a distinct tier break between characters who command broad appeal and those who occupy more specialized roles in the community's estimation. Jean, positioned sixth with 1113 ELO, wins 65 percent of her duels despite her lower rank, suggesting she performs well when selected but faces stiffer competition in direct matchups. At the bottom, Sayu closes the ranking with 1018 points and a 30 percent win rate, indicating she remains the least favored among the seven contenders.

This ranking draws on 3883 duels submitted by 290 players, who collectively weighed their preferences across 7 Anemo characters. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
