Best Hades gods

54 ELO points separate Artemis from Aphrodite at the top of the Hades ranking, after 832 duels.

Artemis claims the top spot with 1319 ELO points and a 64% win rate across 33 duels, establishing a commanding lead over the rest of the pantheon. The 54-point gap between her and second-place Aphrodite marks the sharpest divide in the ranking, suggesting players value her support boons more decisively than any other god's offerings. Hermes holds third with 1220 points, while Athena and Zeus round out the top five, separated by a mere 6 points at 1213 and 1207 respectively. At the bottom, Poseidon struggles with just 1100 ELO and a 29% win rate, placing the sea god firmly in last place among the nine Olympians tracked here. Ares fares only slightly better at eighth with 1131 points, an unexpected position for the god of war.

The ranking draws from 832 duels submitted by 44 players, comparing all nine contenders who offer boons throughout Zagreus's escape attempts. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
