Best Malzahar skins

38 ELO points separate Debonair Malzahar from Worldbreaker Malzahar near the top of the favorite Malzahar skin ranking, after 898 duels.

Three Honors Malzahar sits at the summit with 1317 ELO and a 71% win rate across 14 duels, edging out Debonair Malzahar by 10 points. That narrow margin at the top contrasts sharply with the 38-point chasm between Debonair Malzahar in second place and Worldbreaker Malzahar at rank 3, the widest gap in the entire ranking. Snow Day Malzahar claims rank 4 with 1266 ELO, while Battle Boss Malzahar holds rank 5 at 1246 ELO. At the opposite end, Vizier Malzahar struggles at the bottom with just 1033 ELO and an 18% win rate, suggesting the community finds little appeal in this particular aesthetic. Djinn Malzahar fares only marginally better at rank 12 with 1063 ELO, while Shadow Prince Malzahar completes the bottom three at 1128 ELO.

This ranking draws from 898 duels submitted by 36 players across 13 Malzahar skins, updated on 12 October 2026. The sample reveals clear preferences within the Prophet of the Void's wardrobe, with ceremonial and formal designs claiming the podium while older thematic skins languish near the cellar. How this ranking is computed

Every duel won lifts a contender and every loss drops them, by an amount that depends on the opponent's strength: beating the leader is worth more than beating the last. It is an ELO, the same principle as in chess. Duels are not drawn at random — an adaptive entropy sort puts the least predictable match-ups first, which settles the ranking far faster than a full round robin. A worldwide ranking is only published past 30 completed plays. Known limit: a contender who has faced few opponents keeps an approximate score, and the bottom of the table moves more than the podium.
